Melissa Baldwin

As a Senior Designer with over 22 years of industry experience, Melissa brings a high level of expertise to the Meadows team, specializing in space planning, floor plan layouts, and product application drawings and renderings. Her unique vision and love of interior design thrive as she supports large projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, always considering each client’s unique space requirements. Throughout each project, she looks for cost-savings and other efficiencies to provide clients the best value for their investment. Melissa has extensive experience with the core programs used by Meadows designers, including AutoCAD, CET Designer, and ProjectSpec. She has a bachelor’s degree in applied art and sciences – interior design from Western Michigan University and is NCIDQ certified. She joined the Meadows team in 2016.

Fun Fact! Melissa is Meadows’ resident water enthusiast. When she’s not working, you can find her relaxing in the nearest pool, lake, or river, or lounging at the beach or on a boat.

 

 

Tatyanna Jack

Tatyanna joined the Meadows team in 2017 with a strong background in customer relations and sales. As a Project Coordinator, she is responsible for the fulfillment and management of client orders from order entry through punch list, including sales order generation, acknowledgment follow through, shipment tracking, and more. Tatyanna provides support for the entire project team and ensures accurate and timely customer service. She is detail-oriented and skilled at resolving issues. She serves as a vendor liaison and assist with pricing, product research, and custom order requirements. Tatyanna continuously verifies status reports and maintains all documentation required for correct invoicing. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

Fun Fact! In her free time, Tatyanna enjoys exploring different parts of the city, gaining a fresh perspective each time!

 

Christhel Lopez

As a Jr. Designer/Project Coordinator at Meadows, Christhel is responsible for the fulfillment and management of client orders from order entry through punch list, including sales order generation, acknowledgment follow through, shipment tracking, and more. She provides support for the entire project team and ensures accurate and timely customer service. Christhel is detail-oriented and skilled at resolving issues. She serves as a vendor liaison and assist with pricing, product research, and custom order requirements. She continuously verifies status reports and maintains all documentation required for correct invoicing. When designing for projects, she considers each client’s unique needs, creating layouts and specifications accordingly, in order to bring their workplace visions to life. Christhel has extensive experience with the core programs used by Meadows designers, including AutoCAD, CET Designer, and ProjectSpec. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Charter Oak State College, and she joined the Meadows team in 2015.

Fun Fact! Christhel is not afraid of a little cold weather—she participates in the Coney Island Polar Plunge every year!

 

Ethan Bajrak

Ethan joined the Meadows team in 2004 as an intern and has since held various roles – including Project Manager, Director of Enterprise Solutions, and Director of Architectural Interiors – which gives him unique insight into Meadows’ business processes and client needs. Now Director of Meadows Service Group, he oversees all operations related to Meadows’ dedicated service division and warehousing facilities, supervising all service technicians, drivers, inventory specialists, and logistics managers. Within this role, he applies industry best practices and leverages Meadows technology to streamline and improve daily workflows and customer service response times. Ethan is a graduate of Farleigh Dickinson University.

Fun Fact! Ethan is bilingual – he speaks both English and Serbo-Croatian.

 

Meryll Effron

With more than 35 years of industry experience, Meryll builds long-term client relationships by applying extensive product knowledge and a passion for providing top-notch service. As Director of Client Services, she supports client furniture programs at every level, making recommendations for the optimal combination of Meadows Service Group’s offerings, including maintenance programs, warranty assessments, furniture modifications, on-demand repairs, and more. Meryll continuously works toward maximizing the lifetime and integrity of clients’ valuable furniture assets and maintaining the look and functionality of their workspaces. Meryll received her BFA from the University of Hartford and is a Certified Office Ergonomics Evaluator. She joined the Meadows team in 1998.

Fun Fact! During the warmer months, Meryll’s favorite place to be is outside. She has a passion for gardening, nature, and fresh air.

 

Ralph Rodriguez

As a Senior Service Coordinator for Meadows Service Group, Ralph has nearly 20 years of industry experience. On a day-to-day basis, he supports the service needs of Meadows’ major accounts by processing warranty claims and generating quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders, coordinating with vendors on a regular basis. Ralph is a graduate of both Borough of Manhattan Community College and New York City Technical College where he studied business and architecture, respectively. He joined the Meadows team in 2000.

Fun Fact! Ralph loves reading books so much, you might consider him a “book-aholic!”

 

Nicole Zaretsky

A member of the Meadows team since 2014, Nicole is heavily involved in Meadows’ new business efforts. As Vice President, she leverages her extensive experience leading large-scale projects for global clients. On a day-to-day basis, she works in tandem with Meadows’ project managers, designers, and coordinators to deliver exceptional results. Nicole is well-practiced at developing strong, collaborative relationships with clients and partners, making her a valuable team resource. Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and has completed Solomon Coyle’s Project Management Training.

Fun Fact! Nicole’s hidden talent is that she can say the alphabet backwards very fast!
