Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and neuroscience from the University of Colorado Boulder. He joined the Meadows team in 2019.

Darren Velez

With more than 15 years’ industry experience, Darren is highly skilled in managing complex projects. A member of Meadows’ Architectural Interiors team, he has an extensive background working with moveable wall systems. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for all aspects of his client projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, focusing on every project detail and collaborating with clients, designers, architects, and his internal team to deliver the best results. Darren is highly skilled in managing logistics, always meeting schedules and budgets and exceeding customer expectations. He supervises all deliveries and installations to verify timely completion, quality service, and effective management of labor and resources. Darren provides clear and concise communications throughout the project and maintains detailed project documentation via the Meadows Workflow™ project management app. Darren holds a degree from Parsons School of Design. He joined the Meadows team in 2019.

Fun Fact! Darren loves water sports, always jumping on a jet ski every chance he gets!


Ilana Goodman

With more than 7 years’ experience, Ilana brings valuable industry knowledge to the Meadows team. As a Designer/Project Manager, she considers each project’s unique needs, creating layouts and specifications accordingly, in order to bring workplace visions to life. Ilana focuses on every project detail, collaborating with all project stakeholders and her internal team to deliver the best results, always meeting timelines and budgets and exceeding customer expectations. Ilana is highly skilled in managing logistics and provides clear and concise communications throughout the project. A member of the Meadows team since 2019, Ilana holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design from The George Washington University.

Fun Fact! Although Ilana considers herself a healthy person, she hates fruit.


Lorna Velez

A member of the Meadows team since 2018, Lorna is responsible for maintaining the stellar condition of the showroom at Meadows’ showhouse. She works to uphold Meadows’ showroom standards by applying hard work, dedication, and meticulous attention to detail.


Yanet Rio Villarreal

Yanet joined the Meadows team in early 2019 with a varied background in sales, customer service, data entry, and research. As a Project Coordinator, she is responsible for the fulfillment and management of client orders from order entry through punch list, including sales order generation, acknowledgment follow through, shipment tracking, and more. Yanet provides support for the entire project team and ensures accurate and timely customer service. She is detail-oriented and skilled at resolving issues. She serves as a vendor liaison and assist with pricing, product research, and custom order requirements. Yanet continuously verifies status reports and maintains all documentation required for correct invoicing. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the New York Institute of Technology.

Fun Fact! In her free time, Yanet enjoys learning how to use Adobe Illustrator and InDesign and taking on small graphic design projects.


Max Kenig

Max has a diverse background as an executive assistant and administrative coordinator, as well as experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. At Meadows, she supports the various efforts of the Accounting team, always adhering to Meadows’ project accounting best practices and guidelines. Max has studied at both the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and the Fashion Institute of Technology. She joined the Meadows team in 2019.

Fun Fact! Max has a twin sister, although they aren’t identical and look more like cousins.


Rhiana Sanchez

With more than 10 years of experience, Rhiana has an extensive background in operations, marketing, and hospitality. As Operations Assistant, she leverages her operational expertise and meticulous attention to detail to assist with inventory control, hospitality initiatives, and general showroom and business operations, as well as assisting Meadows’ marketing team as needed. In addition, Rhiana oversees all supplier diversity records, including maintaining WBE certifications and registering Meadows as a diverse supplier in order to meet customer requirements. Rhiana earned her master’s degree in integrated marketing communication from Marist College and her bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the Culinary Institute of America. She joined the Meadows team in 2018.

Fun Fact! Ever the adventurer, Rhiana loves to fish, hike and travel during her free time.



Jordana Rubin

Jordana joined the Meadows team in 2018 with a varied background in sales, client relations, and marketing. As an Associate, Strategic Accounts, she supports national projects and new business efforts by applying a strong work ethic and attention to detail, always ensuring the highest level of customer service. Jordana received a bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations from Penn State University.

Fun Fact! When she worked at Saks Fifth Avenue, Jordana once dressed a Grammy Award-winning artist!
