With more than 35 years of industry experience, William joined the Meadows team in 2016. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for all aspects of his client projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, focusing on every project detail and collaborating with clients, designers, architects, and his internal team to deliver the best results. William is highly skilled in managing logistics, always meeting schedules and budgets and exceeding customer expectations. He supervises all deliveries and installations to verify timely completion, quality service, and effective management of labor and resources. William provides clear and concise communications throughout the project and maintains detailed project documentation via the Meadows Workflow™ project management app. He graduated from DeVry University.

Fun Fact! When he’s not at work, you can find William making a batch of chili for competition or pruning his bonsai trees.

 

Maeve MacKenna

Maeve brings more than 25 years of experience to her role at Meadows. As a Senior Project Coordinator, she is responsible for the fulfillment and management of client orders from order entry through punch list, including sales order generation, acknowledgment follow through, shipment tracking, and more. Maeve provides support for the entire project team and ensures accurate and timely customer service. She is detail-oriented and skilled at resolving issues. She serves as a vendor liaison and assist with pricing, product research, and custom order requirements. Maeve continuously verifies status reports and maintains all documentation required for correct invoicing. She earned a degree in graphic design and visual education from the Limerick School of Art and Design in Ireland. Maeve joined the Meadows team in 2018.

Fun Fact! Maeve once had a Deepa Textile named after her!

 

Svetlana Kudryavtseva

Friday, January 19th, 2018

Svetlana joined the Meadows team in 2017 with previous experience overseeing the monthly closing and account receivable activities for the largest privately-owned building automation and systems integration contractor in New York City. Her background has given her a comprehensive understanding of day-to-day financial operations, which she applies to her role as Assistant Controller. Svetlana holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, and psychology.

Fun Fact! Svetlana shares her daughter’s passion for becoming a figure skating Olympian and spends her weekends on the ice rink.

 

Charles Hammond

Charles joined the Meadows team in 2017 with a varied background in equipment configuration, network troubleshooting, and software evaluation, having previously provided administrative and technical support to HR management and recruiting consulting teams. With more than 7 years of IT support experience, Charles supports all of Meadows’ workplace technology initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University.

Fun Fact! When he’s not at the office, you might find Charles playing guitar, ukulele, or saxophone.

 

Matthew Eble

With over five years of industry experience, Matthew is highly skilled in managing multi-faceted projects. He has worked with a number of clients located in landmark buildings, always meeting schedules and budgets and exceeding customer expectations. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for all aspects of his client projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, focusing on every project detail and collaborating with clients, designers, architects, and his internal team to deliver the best results. He supervises all deliveries and installations to verify timely completion, quality service, and effective management of labor and resources. Matthew provides clear and concise communications throughout the project and maintains detailed project documentation via the Meadows Workflow™ project management app. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dowling College and joined the Meadows team in 2017.

Fun Fact! Matthew ran an accumulated 16,711 miles during his four years at college. That’s just over 80 miles per week and is equal to running the distance from New York to California and back over three times!

 

Tamika Rhoda

With more than 15 years of experience, Tamika has an extensive background in all areas of warehouse management, including order processing, inventory counts, and transport. As Meadows’ Inventory, Asset & Logistics Manager, Tamika is responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory at Meadows’ warehouse locations in New York City and New Jersey. She is also tasked with managing the logistical details of warehouse deliveries to and from client locations, ensuring that Meadows’ service technicians and company vehicles are equipped with all necessary parts, pieces, and tools. Tamika holds a bachelor’s degree from William Patterson University. She joined the Meadows team in 2017.

Fun Fact! Tamika prides herself on being a connoisseur of Nike sneakers.

 

Jesse Sobocinski

A member of the Meadows team since 2016, Jesse has more than seven years of industry experience, including previously running his own furniture installation company, during which time he became a certified Haworth installer. As an expert Service Technician for Meadows Service Group, Jesse is universally trained to service product from any manufacturer, always ensuring the highest level of customer service. Jesse holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Kean University.

Fun Fact! In his spare time, Jesse enjoys hiking, fishing, and playing his bass guitar.

 

Yocarina Paulino

Yocarina joined the Meadows team in 2018 with extensive experience working with advanced accounting software. As an Accounting Coordinator, she supports the various efforts of the Accounting team, always adhering to Meadows’ accounting best practices and guidelines. Yocarina holds a degree in Accounting from the Borough of Manhattan Community College.

Beatrice Camacho

A member of the Meadows team since 2016, Beatrice has extensive experience in her field, including time as a small business owner cleaning private homes before she transitioned into corporate offices. As a Cleaning Technician, Beatrice upholds Meadows’ stellar showroom standards by applying meticulous attention to detail.
