Rita Lau

Rita joined the Meadows team in 2001 with more than a decade of industry experience. As a Project Coordinator, she is responsible for the fulfillment and management of client orders from order entry through punch list, including sales order generation, acknowledgment follow through, shipment tracking, and more. Rita provides support for the entire project team and ensures accurate and timely customer service. She is detail-oriented and skilled at resolving issues. She serves as a vendor liaison and assist with pricing, product research, and custom order requirements. Rita continuously verifies status reports and maintains all documentation required for correct invoicing.

Fun Fact! Rita didn’t learn how to fill a gas tank until she was in her 30s!

 

David Spodofora

David joined the Meadows team in 2016 with a varied background in sales, marketing, and project management. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for all aspects of his client projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, focusing on every project detail and collaborating with clients, designers, architects, and his internal team to deliver the best results. David is highly skilled in managing logistics, always meeting schedules and budgets and exceeding customer expectations. He supervises all deliveries and installations to verify timely completion, quality service, and effective management of labor and resources. David provides clear and concise communications throughout the project and maintains detailed project documentation via the Meadows Workflow™ project management app. David holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of Visual Arts in New York City.

Fun Fact! In 2015, David and his uncle spent several months building a sailboat from the ground up. It still sails to this day!

 

Gina Chetram

With more than 15 years of industry experience, Gina has developed and maintained relationships with a number of national accounts throughout her career. As a Supervising Project Manager, she oversees the daily management of Meadows’ large, global projects in conjunction with her team. She is responsible for all aspects of her client projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, focusing on every project detail and collaborating with clients, designers, architects, and her internal team to deliver the best results. Gina is highly skilled in managing logistics, always meeting schedules and budgets and exceeding customer expectations. She supervises all deliveries and installations to verify timely completion, quality service, and effective management of labor and resources. Gina provides clear and concise communications throughout the project and maintains detailed project documentation via the Meadows Workflow™ project management app. Gina studied interior design at the Fashion Institute of Technology, as well as design drafting technology at the New York City College of Technology. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). Gina joined the Meadows team in 2015.

Fun Fact! Every other weekend, Gina and her family love to enjoy their tiny house in the Poconos!

 

Joseph Michael

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Joseph joined the Meadows team in 2016. As a Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for all aspects of his client projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, focusing on every project detail and collaborating with clients, designers, architects, and his internal team to deliver the best results. Joseph is highly skilled in managing logistics, always meeting schedules and budgets and exceeding customer expectations. He supervises all deliveries and installations to verify timely completion, quality service, and effective management of labor and resources. Joseph provides clear and concise communications throughout the project and maintains detailed project documentation via the Meadows Workflow™ project management app. He holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural technology from the New York Institute of Technology.

Fun Fact! While working in the music industry for nearly two decades, Joseph collected over 3,000 records and CDs, as well as 4 terabytes of digital tunes.

 

Kari Watkins Tarulli

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Kari joined the Meadows team in 2015. Prior to coming onboard, she was a satisfied client for seven years, giving her unique insight into customer relationships. As a Senior Project Manager, she is responsible for all aspects of her client projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, focusing on every project detail and collaborating with clients, designers, architects, and her internal team to deliver the best results. Kari is highly skilled in managing logistics, always meeting schedules and budgets and exceeding customer expectations. She supervises all deliveries and installations to verify timely completion, quality service, and effective management of labor and resources. Kari provides clear and concise communications throughout the project and maintains detailed project documentation via the Meadows Workflow™ project management app. She studied at the Business and Management Center in Dallas, TX.

Fun Fact! Kari makes her own fresh fruit jam and serves as a “bread judge” at the State Fair of Texas.

 

Debra Womack

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Debra is a valuable team member and client resource, always ensuring the highest level of customer service. As a Service Coordinator, she supports the service needs of Meadows’ accounts by processing warranty claims and generating quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders. Debra coordinates with vendors on a regular basis and is highly skilled at resolving issues. A member of the Meadows team since 2012, she attended Farmingdale University and LaGuardia Community College.

Fun Fact! In her spare time, you’ll find Debra trying a new restaurant, singing karaoke with her friends, or playing Bingo!

 

Lisa Johnston

Luke provides support for the entire project team and ensures accurate and timely customer service. He is detail-oriented and skilled at resolving issues. He serves as a vendor liaison and assist with pricing, product research, and custom order requirements. Luke continuously verifies status reports and maintains all documentation required for correct invoicing. He earned his master’s degree from The Ohio State University and joined the Meadows team in 2000.

Fun Fact! In his spare time, Luke is a broadcaster on Twitch where he has a small but loyal following.

 

Paula Panariello

As Client Support Manager for Meadows Service Group, Paula applies more than 23 years of experience to quickly and seamlessly provide top-notch client service, overseeing the entire process for arranging maintenance, warranty assessments, on-demand repairs, and more. Within this role, she provides a final quality assurance check to validate requests and orders for accuracy. Paula joined the Meadows team in 1996.
